Very Sad to find out the Sales Guy Cheated and lied to us in order to buy gap insurance, extended service warranty and an environmental. They said that in order to get aproved we needed to include these in our loan. I just called them to see if they had an answer but the operator clearly hang up twice. I spoke to toyota financial and they confirmed that they never ask you to buy extras in order to get approved.
Monday the 23 I went down to look at a car that I was interested in. I got to drive it, but went with a Toyota Corolla blue. Mr Thompson, was awesome at showing me the car and helping me through the process, I would recommend my family and friends to go see him. I want to say thank you for making it smooth as possible knowing I went in stressed out and worried. Thank you very much my mom and I enjoyed it

Wonderful Custom Service. Iv needed a car since August. I had a very bad experience with CarMax, don’t do it, you’ll be sorry ... I was greeted by Brien. I had been in contact with these snakes for 3 days regarding a used black 2014 Ram 2500, yeah JEFF...STEVEN you know who I am.
