After a somewhat frustrating experience yesterday at the dealership and voicing my concerns, the warranty department stepped in to hear my experience and make it right. They are going above and beyond to fix my problems. I don’t expect a dealership with no issues, just one that makes it right and that’s what they’ve done.
Very professional and thorough! Our salesperson, Keith Meyers, was personable and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better. Everyone there had a nod and a smile. Made us feel welcome rather than that preyed upon feeling you might associate with a dealership!
The Service Department is wonderful. They take great care of my Sienna and I really appreciate the use of a loaner car while my vehicle is serviced.
