My service advisor, Glesty Waters, in the service department at Wilsonville Toyota was extremely informative. As the service progressed he kept me informed of the timing and also of an inadvertent error in ordering a necessary part. When I picked up my car he said the new part had been ordered and that I would be put at the front of the cue tomorrow when the part arrived. Great customer service!!!
