I’m for my routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. My car was ready for about 20 minutes sitting in the bay before I walked over to ask if it was ready. As I’m checking out I’m told I have 3 items that need to be taken care of and they were listed as failed on the report form. They are minor like a filter and windshield wipers but I don’t want to go back to have those replaced. Wilsonville Toyota did a great job as usual. I called this morning to schedule my 15K service for sometime next week and they worked me in this afternoon. From intake to completion was only about 35 minutes. Spencer was very complete in explaining the service on my Rav4 Hybrid and had me back on the road quickly.

Bought my third and last vehicle from this place. Do not buy a certified used Toyota from them. Having major issues with the windshield on a 2016 Corrola I bought from them. Their service department tells me it's an aftermarket windshield that I must have installed since I bought it. I BOUGHT IT THAT WAY. They told me the sales department was "accepting no responsibility" for this.
