It was a pleasure to work with Chad McKay as my Service Advisor. He made clear the service I needed, was courteous, and answered my questions.
I had my car in for some maintenance. Wilsonville Toyota has very nice and professional people working in the service center and the shuttle service makes it easy to drop off my car. Roger, the shuttle driver, is very cheerful and courteous.
Kind, courteous customer service. Everyone had a smile on their faces despite the fact they were clearly busy. I came in for a oil change/filter change and rotation of tires. They were so quick, even though they were backed up and there were two cars still in front of me. My husband and I left in our other car to get dinner and by the time we were done, my car was ready for pick up. I even got a free wash with the service. Pricing was fair.
Only problem I had is price quoted to update the navigation system. $258. Seems like a lot to switch out a SIM card. When you purchase a new car you’d think it would come with lifetime upgrades
