Took my car in for servicing and decided to have it detailed. Me RAV4 is 6 yrs old and it’s like I’m driving a brand new car. Love the service people there.

I would like to give 5/5 stars but the 3/5 is plenty generous. The purchase of my 2017 RAV4 was a great experience and I was completely satisfied. When I was almost due for my first service I needed a new tire due to a nail I called the service and parts department when I needed a fix. Melissa told me on the phone they had my tire in stock, and I told her I would be there in 10 minutes to pay for a new tire. Julian was the man. Helped find the right car for the right price. Showed my son the right car and still gave us as parents a good time to find it with him.
I just got my first car today. From when we got there my parents wanted to pair me with Julian, he was an amazing salesman and did an excellent job on my price range and we cut right to the chase. I am happy to have gotten my first actual car and to have gotten the right experience to get my car. Although there was a scratch on the car I got, Julian helped to notice it and tried his best to clean it but didn’t work out. So he hooked me up and told me to come in at a later date to fix it. All around exceptional service.
