I appreciated that my service advisor continued to research my claim that I did have a maintenance plan even though it did not show up in their computer. It turned out that I did in fact have such a plan, and was billed accordingly. He made it right when he easily could have gone with the erroneous information on the computer. I appreciated his determination to make this right.
I was really impressed. The personnel not only are very courteous, but a really good attitude and sense of humor. I know my car is treated nicely but maintained correctly and completely. After the service, the service advisor, Nate Evans, took time to explain the state of my vehicle using the evaluation which was also provided. A In all, I always know I am taken care of at Wilsonville Toyota.
They are very prompt when you first arrive, and let me know prices and time needed to complete the job. When dealing with insurance companies the communication process slowed down and became a bit frustrating. In the end, though, everything worked out well.
