Took my car in for a recall n because there were after market parts that replaced the recalled parts already they hard to get an ok from their corporate office or something which was frustrating BUT because my car was torn apart already they gave me a beautiful brand new loaner car for a full week while they were figuring out what to do, they ended up replacing everything regardless of the after market parts, great customer service, kept us informed step by step, all n all good experience..

I feel violated something was taken from my car. I called right away. Service manager doesn’t work on Mondays. Receptionist said she would have her manager call me. Didn’t happen. No one called. What happened to the no BULL don’t think Willsonville Toyota really cares. I’m considering changing dealerships.
