This dealership always treats me well when I take my car in for maintenance. I have a '99 Camry. The staff is friendly and just today I asked about a car in the show room, they gave me the information and were not pushy about trying to sell it to me. I just wanted to know what the specs were on it. Great people.
My story begins on July 5, 2018 when I brought my 2008 Camry Hybrid (w/ 193K miles) in for servicing before moving to Texas. I asked for all hoses to be checked and run a diagnostic. We were told a misfire on the spark plugs. We agreed to have them changed out. One week later, July 13 we hit the road for the big move.
