I shouldn't have to keep calling to find out what is going on with my vehicle. Not once did they call me to update then took all day with my truck and had to end up with a over night rental. Then I was quieted a price to have it fixed and ended up being way more and if course it was all LABOR... Won't go again for service there!!

If anyone ever used to car buy at car max like 5-6 years ago....this is basically the same experience. And not really in the good ways. Extremely undervalued trade-ins, staff is not super knowledgeable on their used inventory. I had a car emergency. A family of mice moved in and made themselves at home. I showed up in a panic without an appointment on a Sunday and the service department worked me in to their busy weekend schedule. They cleaned up the filters and flushed the system. Further they gave me tips on how to avoid the mouse problem in the future as I live in the country surrounded by a robust mouse population.
