Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. They gave me an estimate of completion time and my car was finished sooner than estimated. I was having difficulty with my phone and my Bluetooth and they took the extra time to sit with me and reinstall my phone to Bluetooth and reboot the system making certain it worked properly. What’s the point of making an appointment for our “complimentary” oil change on our new 2018 4-runner, when it is taking literally 1.5 hours!!.....only to then have our car pulled back around and a screw is half sticking out of our new tires!!....so here we sit, going on 2 hours now, while they patch our leaking tire!! 2 hours, during dinner time, with our entire family sitting in the lobby. Not how we wanted to spend our Friday night!! We would rather pay for an oil change and be out in 20 min!
