I was told my floor mats would be vacuumed and I didn’t notice that they had not until I got almost home in Portland. I then had to stop and pay to have my car washed and vacuumed, which was a perk the last time I came in. Customer service has slipped.

Both times I’ve been in there, once about 8 years ago my brother and I sat at a table for 20 minutes waiting for the salesman to come back. Never did. Then last summer when looking for a new truck, I asked to speak with someone and never talked to anyone. Your commercials are a joke.
