RecommendedI was in Service department yesterday for a reprograming to add feature. The service people were very courteous. They completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Service writer came to waiting room to get me and escorted me to car. Waiting room is beautiful and dog friendly. Snacks and drinks are provided at no charge. Could not ask for more.

Workmanship is poor at Wilsonville Toyota. My car was serviced at Wilsonville Toyota and my car was returned with the paint damaged. The car was hand washed two days before the service and the gouge in the paint was not there. I noticed a two inch long deep gouge in the door when they delivered my car. I would recommend that you inspect your car before turning it over to the service department. And then inspect it again when they deliver your car back to you.
