RecommendedWhen we arrived we were greeted and met Malik who took us thru the process. Very professional and listened to us. Had a vehicle picked out thru the website which was just what we wanted. Not too long and no pressure selling. Need a bigger property seems to be crammed into a small lot.
Israel was a very helpful salesman. When I told him what I wanted he showed me the Certified 2016 Highlander I purchased. Friendly, helpful, no pressure, quick experience.
To be honest my first couple services were not great. I had an incident where I dropped my vehicle for service and got a call it’s ready for pick up! Drove home to found out that my vehicle even didn’t get to the service area! I used the online reservation so they knew we were coming and they had the vehicle that I was I interested In up front and waiting for me, and we looked at a few other options along the way. We drove 2 hours to look at a Tundra. The one we were interested in was sold by the time we arrived (called at noon, it was supposedly still there, and arrived at 3:00). We then found a barely used 2019 Tundra that we were interested in; unfortunately, they couldn’t give us even close to KBB on our trade in nor could they get us a decent interest rate.
