RecommendedRoyce was kind and efficient, as are all the associates I have dealt with at WT. Unfortunately, I had been told on the phone that the installation would take approximately 3 hours. Unlike previous visited Toyota service centers, they did a good job on alerting me to things the car needs for service. I don't know how service centers are across the company but I think these guys should be patterned as a good example for the company and not an exception. Good job guys.
