So helpful and convenient
My wife took our minivan in for an oil change on Tuesday, 9/18/18. She returned with a long list of recommended services, including; replace broken sway bar end links-$357.14 Replace power steering pump- $883.90 Perform 4 wheel alignment- $129.95 Replace valve cover gasket- $469.29 Yesterday (9/22/18) I took the van in to our regular repair shop, and while it was on the vehicle lift I examined the vehicle with two mechanics. Sebastian was by far the kindest, and most helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a service department. I will definitely be back.
Last visit to service dept, I was told I need a new air filter (as did multiple other people there that day). I declined , and when I looked at my air filter it was perfectly clean and not in need of replacement. Oh, and the service light came back on because they didn’t reset it. Makes me wonder if they even touched my car while I was there. TOYOTACARE— you get what you pay for in my opinion.
