Great budget accomodation if you don't mind a bit of grubbiness.
Big house met our needs for a family holiday with 16 + baby and dog, found the lake nearby was a great hit for adults and children ranging from 2-17, paddle boarding was grate. The house was a good base for great days out.
A great location Very spacious clean and warm.perfect for our friends birthday party and weekend of hiking and climbing I slept in the double room at the top of the house at the front, very quiet and dark Strange dreams!
Location is very good, near to shops and pubs. House at all is spacious and you can get what you need, but need some refurbish and defo better cleaning.
We stayed for 10 days with a big family 👪 and it was amazing. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The owners were lovely, friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Would recommend, the best place to stay in the snowdonia area.
