We shopped at multiple dealerships for a few weeks and found Richard at Toyota, who was the most easiest to talk to. Thanks for helping us find our truck! Despite missing spare keys and a hairline scratch on the windshield, both have been fixed/replaced in timely manner. Been about 2.5 months now and we're happy with our Tacoma!

I had no problem buying a car here under the previous owner, but the service department may be the worst in town. The service staff are rude and aggressive. Buying a car here is OK, but if you want a service department to back it up, look elsewhere. I even tried them twice to give them the benefit of the doubt. Pass on Toyota of Bellingham's car service and maintenance.

Toyota of Bellingham failed to pay off my trade in that I made a month ago. I am being charged interest and making payments on a car I don't own. This is not only illegal, but frankly just a shitty thing to do right before holidays... money isn't tight enough already but i apparently have to finance a loan to the dealership without my consent. They sold me a "new" vehicle that was horrifically out of alignment after they added a lift and offroad tires, then had the nerve to ask why i didn't bring it back to them to have it s... read more

I bought the car that saved my life there - a 2007 Prius, which I had the misfortune of rolling off Mt. Baker three weeks ago. Except for a few deep tissue bruises and a concussion, I'm up and walking. The passenger compartment remained intact, while the perimeter zones took the brunt of the crash. The car rolled down 250-300 feet, and kept me alive all the way down. All four pillars were intact. The rook was intact.
