I have always had great service from Toyota except for 2 weeks ago. The service tech that checked me in for my 20,000 mileage appointment/oil change was rude from the beginning. He wanted to kind of argue with me that the oil change was not due & that he'd do it but he'd have to charge me. We purchased a pre-owned Highlander a couple of years ago. The sales staff were very helpful and kind. We continue to have it serviced there and have been very pleased. Bonus points!! I was on the hunt for a new lifted 4Runner and spent hours and hours searching online. Came in and met with Dino.
