Just want to share our horrible experience to spare others from the stress of buying a new, used vehicle. DO NOT buy a used vehicle from Bellingham Toyota. They are horrible people who do not stand behind their business. We bought a used 2014 Chrysler Town&Country on Labor Day. On the way home from the Dealership,the check engine light came on. Offer fair prices for trade-ins and don't think that a woman cannot do the math. I got paid a $2.5K more from a different Toyota dealership the same day. Wilson Toyota offers way below the KBB for trade-ins.

I brought my new Lexus here to have the 5,000 mile servicing done to save myself the trek down south, and I wish I had driven down to Bellevue. When I got it home, I noticed a scratch on the rear driver's side door that dented the car as well as scratching the paint off in the process. That definitely had NOT been there before. I did a full walk around and noticed 3 different grease smudges around the wheel well areas. We were able to rub some of them out, but it's very noticeable on my white car.
