When I bought my car 5 star experience. But now that I’m trying to get help with a warranty return I have been ignored for almost 6 going on 7 months. Absolutely amazing buying experience! Julian helped get into a car that my fiancé and I could afford and one that met our needs! Also, there was a miscommunicaion beween thefinance depatment and Leo, so Julian rewrote our contract the next day to make sure everything was correct :)

Richard just helped me buy a 2013 Toyota Matrix. Richard really listened to me and found the car that has all the features on my list an a couple that had not occurred to me. Working with Richard is more like talking with a friend than a salesman. He is selling cars, but Richard made the entire car buying experience so easy and stress free. As long as I live in WA will only buy cars from Richard. Because of my experience with Richard, I will drive to Bellingham to have my car serviced at Wilson.

Just bought a 2013 Pathfinder and have to say the service was excellent all the way around! Dino was such an awesome person to work with, extremely personable and easy going, it was refreshing to work with him. And Marisa doing up our paperwork and getting numbers we were happy with was amazing as well. Thank you, we love the car and the 5 star service! :-)

We bought a Sienna a couple of years back and they tried to talk us into a $2,000+ extend warranty. We resisted at first but they kept pushing it. Finally they promised that if we bought it and didn't use it, we would get our money back. My wife was very reluctant and asked "What happens if the insurance company goes out of business?"
