We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 60,000 miles on it back in March. Since then, the ac has gone out, water pump has gone out, steering pulls hard to the right, brakes are super soft, alarm goes off randomly, oil leak, tranny leak, took it to Jiffy Lube and they couldn’t get the oil pan screw off because the mechanics put it on so tight at Toyota. Customer service is slacking for lease cars. Never get anywhere when trying to talk to someone. Never get any answers, instead Just repeated information over and over. Two months ago I turned in my lease car early and have been asking for a final statement since then and I keep getting the run around. Now they are expecting me to pay the monthly fee for a car that I have not had for 2 months now, which has been sitting in their lot. Do not recommend this location for leasing. Very unsatisfied.
I have now purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Bellingham and have had nothing but a great experience! The employees I worked with were so kind and worked so hard to get me in the right spot. The finance manager and sales lady I worked with were beyond amazing and treated me like family. Can’t thank them enough especially this time around! Thank you Marcy and Wendy ❤️
Not very impressed with you guys right now. Purchased 2017 4Runner 5/13/19. No plates yet. Temporary and extension have expired, nobody seems interested in doing anything, Krystal seems to want to pass it off to someone else, Peter won't return my call and we can't legally drive the SUV you guys sold us!
The service department has always been very courteous to us!
Andrea is amazing to work with. She helped us find the right vehicle and worked with us all the way through the process. Jeff was very friendly and took care of us as well. If you’re looking for great service and great selection of vehicles, you gotta check out Toyota of Bellingham.
5 Stars Juan Carlos did an excellent job helping us find the right truck that fit our needs. Every step of the way he explained every little detail about the car. When it came time to talking numbers he went above and beyond to meet our financial needs. He is a very kind, thorough and professional sales man. Thank you so much to the team at Toyota of Bham!
