I had an appointment to get my hair dyed and did not end up with what i asked for. I wanted blended hair and it came out with streaks through it. Asked for a refund, was told that they have to use toner to fix it but the toner wasn’t the problem, it was the placement of the bleach. They refused to fix my hair with the bleach without charging me. £166 down the drain.

Have been coming here regularly, since I moved up from London and the condition of my hair has improved tremendously. It was dry and over processed when I started coming, but is now in much, much better condition, thanks to Lisa. The salon is lovely, as are the staff and I highly recommend them. Their colour services and cuts are excellent.

First time visiting the salon yesterday. Steven understood immediately what was making me unhappy about my hair, and gave me a great cut. I left feeling like a different ( better ! ) person. The salon is beautiful, and in a lovely part of town. I’ll be a regular from now on.
