Pond is barely stocked with fish. Did not see fish move entire day. No anglers present other my friends so sure locals are aware. In terms of fishing would recommend avoiding.
Went for an over 60s morning with my friend Jim, both of us had a fantastic time kayaking and paddle boarding. Rachel our instructor was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. We finished off with a sauna and a little dip in the swimming part beside the little beach. 23rd September should be cold but what a brilliant sunny morning we had which helped us oldies enjoy it even more. Came for my first swim on Saturday 30th August and loved it my only gripes are the Ladies Changing Room was literally swimming in water resulting in I had to drive home in my Costume and Towelling Robe ( thank heavens for heated seats ) also think it would be an idea to have lockers available for patrons to be their Car Keys/Mobiles in.
Great place, very close if you want to try plenty of stuff, went before for paddle boarding and kayak this time went for sauna and dip loved it great combination
