Wow! I attended today for what I imagined to be the first of several appointments to replace my 5 year old hearing aids. I lost one while abroad & anticipated a bill, perhaps a quick hearing test & an appointment to return.. In effect, I am overwhelmed & delighted by the half hour spent with the marvellous Emma Ralph & having my new and remarkable aids fitted. Many, many thanks!!
