I had an appointment with Dalis for highlights. My hair is a natural color and I just wanted few highlights here and there and keep the natural look. To avoid any misunderstandings, I showed a picture of what I wanted as well as the color I wanted to achieve. The hairdresser didn’t listen to me and did what she liked.
