Please please never give me gift card from this store...
Called to get a Rosle Can Opener and spoke to the manager Steven who seemed very reluctant to assist me. I can only assume that customer service is not Williams and Sonoma's goal or concern. I frequently shop there and needed a holiday gift for this Thursday, but poor customer service should never be rewarded. I will take my business elsewhere.
One of my favorite places to visit in Houston. Love to shop here!!
