Love buying what you think is a brand new coffee maker (and getting grief from the sales associate on how you need a receipt to return it if it doesn't fit under the over counter cabinetry in your kitchen) only to open it and find that it's been used and not cleaned. Definitely the last time I'm spending my time and/or money there.

We came to this location for a Bridal registry event that was supposed to start at 9 am. At 9:50 we saw employees walking in so my fiancée got out of the car to ask if the event was still on. When he stepped out of the car he said "excuse me" to get the attention of the lady standing 2 feet away. She ignored him so he repeated himself only to be interrupted and told with a finger in his face that "it would be just one more minute"... So rude..

Very very disappointed in this store and it's return policy. Manager refused to accept a return on a Breville deep fryer that did not work, upon first and only use. He told me to send it back to the manufacturer. I called and it is now out of warranty so I am stuck with it. It was a gift and I did not have the receipt and I could not honor their 30 day return policy. However, there are exceptions to every rule and I feel like an honest and courteous transaction should have taken place. I was not asking for my money back, but... read more

Of all of the stores in this chain this is my favorite. Amazingly helpful staff and they are always fully stocked.

Parking is a real hassle but it is worth it once you get in the store.
