We purchased a premium Williams Sonoma-branded Gold-Touch pizza pan. We paid a premium price on the promise of a high-quality product that should last for years to come. Placed an order for pick up and received and email that I would be notified when it was was ready to picked up. My card was charged only for my order to be canceled. Called them and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Was told that I would have to wait a few days for my refund. Why even charge my card and have the option to purchase this item if it’s not in stock. Do not recommend! Amy and Sharon were no help. Did not care one bit about the inconvenience that they caused.
