Well I went to William Chicken today and was disappointed cause what I order was incorrect. Call when I got hone to find out that I was charge for something that I wasn't supposed 2 b charge for and didn't get what I order.My total of my bills was 19.54 which should have been about 14 and some changes.for 2 people's 2 eat call back and I have 2 drive all the way back up there with all the food 2 get either my food correct r get my money back the same day.well that not right cause everybody doesn't have the time to go back to... read more

I live in NORTH DALLAS! I drive to The I-35/Illinois Ave location. Customer service is ALWAYS great, food is GREAT! I would not go ANYWHERE ELSE!

King of all chicken shacks! Weve been to the usual chains (KFC CHURCHS POPEYES) and Hendersons and Rudys and Louisiana Famous..but Williams kings them all!!!
Williams Chicken is great 👍🏽. The chicken flavor is incredible, the stuffed peppers and dirty rice are good, and I like the mashed potatoes! Also, the hot wings are great and the gizzards are the best I’ve ever had! I’m proud of Mr. Hiawatha Williams and he is a great CEO and an even better person👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
