Tenders were amazing. Gravy is awesome. Rolls are good. I'm sold. I'll be going back. And the guys were nice and had a great attitude
I ordered the 10 pc mix, large okra, large stuffed pepper, large corn fritters. I received 10 pieces and no fritters. The okra was soggy not crispy. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Their idea of fixing it was for me to drive back to town tonight. I understand that they are working things out to run smoothly. I’ll give them one more chance. More training is needed for all personnel.
At Bonham 2-17 waited 50 mins for a simple order, staff seem lobotomized, chicken anemic - smallest fries portion ever seen - made me wish Bonham had a KFC. Tried to contact Williams Chicken - their website has no means to contact them so here it is on FB.
I've been ready for this establishment to open. I stopped Friday, February 14. There was a line and that didn't bother me but when I got to the thing to order... I wanted an eight piece mixed. It was on the menu but the girl told me that didn't have it. But it's on the menu!!! I cancelled and pulled around and wanted someone to explain to me why...no one could.
