I went to William's Chicken in cedar hill today and they gave me French fries that were brown and green and I asked for fresh fries and the employee it's their grease it's nothing they can do about that. I asked for my money back I dont do bad grease...OMG!!!....WILL NEVER BE BACK

they keep your money if youre employed by them. then corporate dont return your calls when you try to contact them. do not work for this company. they dont train correctly, then expect you to know how to do the job properly after only a few days.
I try to always make my way to Williams when visiting Dallas. Then I’m a happy camper afterwards. Great Chicken

I absolutely love Williams chicken. I always eat it whenever I'm in an area that has a restaurant. I wish we had a Williams in Denton. I'm sure there would be plenty of business!
food is fresh and hot I like the crinkle fries , doesn't give cold chicken like popeyes does
