I was disappointed with this new Williams Chicken in Bonham, the food was not fresh and it was overly seasoned where I had to drink a lot of water to get the salt out of my mouth and some pieces weren’t even seasoned at all. Order taker in the drive thru had an attitude when we ordered an 8 piece chicken only and was told they didn’t have one but on opening night we ordered it and told her that and we got attitude and was told other stores may have them but not this store. Yea the one in Bonham isn’t that great. The chicken is over seasoned and the staff does not know their own menu. Ordered a 8 piece on the night of the opening and went back today went to order an 8 piece only to be told by the cashier we do not have a 8, weird when I paid $10.81 on opening night for an 8 piece now you don’t have one. Won’t be going back.
The Williams Chicken in Bonham is terrible! Got my order wrong twice! Took food that I had left and came back with in through the drive thru window HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. And didn’t even throw it away say it on the counter. The young girl working the window NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES went over and got my food boxed up with bare hands, came back and handed me my order and didn’t say a word. So...I went to the new William's chicken last night...they were out of tenders, breasts, green beans, and mac and cheese......🤮 $6.99 for a chicken sandwich that fit in the palm of my hand, chicken was cold, over cooked, and chewy af. Tiny bag of cold, also over cooked, little rocks they called fried okra and a Mr. Pibb. Did I mention we sat at the window for 25 mins?
