I purchased a chain in February for my partner, the website was easy to use and once ordered delivery was very quick! I then encountered an issue with the chain, I spoke with Daniel via email. My issue was resolved very quickly. From sending the chain back for repair to recieving it back was less than a week ( which included a weekend). They are a fantastic company I lost a gold necklace I received from my deceased parents and recently found it in my tumble dryer it had been there for ages it was all black my immediate thoughts were this jewellers to see if they could help me I spoke to Sarah she was fantastic she told me to get a polishing cloth it made such a difference I have dealt with Sarah before she is such a helpful person,I wouldn't go anywhere else now lovely team great jewellers.
