Daniel has been outstanding. I purchased a pendant from WM, which I love, but when it arrived I really struggled to get a chain to match and fit. Daniel went above and beyond to help me - I posted the pendant back to WM and Daniel found me a number of suitable chains. He was so communicative and prompt and honestly I couldn’t have asked for any more.

I bought a silver bracelet from william may recently, from the start to the finish the customer service has been far off the best I have had received. Everyone including Sarah has been really helpful and I highly recommend if you want to buy your jewellery please do give them a go. You won't be disappointed, honestly.
