The sales process was made smooth and calm by the exemplary service and patience of Wiktoria and Nina. There were hurdles along the way, caused by outside sources. However, the team at the Willerby branch pulled the legal entities and my purchaser together to conclude the sale on schedule.
Cannot speak highly enough about Courtney who has kept us fully up to date and in the loop from the viewing application to organising a move in date! Always polite and friendly and overall just a lovely person. A big thank you to her and Ellie who looked after us during Courtney’s leave!
