Great valuation visit very positive attitude. All aspects of preparing house for selling from write up to photographs were great. Listened to customer and discussed correct way to market including selling price. Several viewings within first week. Offer after just 3 weeks on the market. So we got it right i believe. My only negative comment would be that the buyer made an offer with a condition, that they couldn't complete until a certain date.
