On Nov 15th 2022 I graduated from your Cardiac Rehab class. When I first started, I mistakenly thought that if I didn’t let my heart go above 62 BPM that I would never have a heart attack. I went to Penn Medicine of Philadelphia for a Meylogram. I was scheduled for back surgery in the next couple of days. I had a spinal headache from the Meylogram. I called Penn Hospital and they told me to go to my local ER room and they will give you a BLOOD PATCH, to fix the spinal headache. So I went to the Wilkes-Barre General ER.
