This facility is by far the fastest urgent care facility in the area! They pride themselves on customer service, quality of care, professionalism, and the true desire to help and it shows. They have a solid system and it works. Their rating should be an A+++++++ because they have truly earned it. I am a forever client and am so happy to have found them.
Despite 40+ years of woodworking experience, I still managed to take off the tip of my finger with a table saw. The entire staff was awesome! They had me cleaned up, stitched up, and wrapped up in no time. Such sweet people!!!

I like this place, Dr. Wong is fantastic and an excellent physician, the whole place radiates warmth and high standards, no wait, immediate help, great labs, it is the perfect solution for us. A recent visit to Orovidence emergency took four hours and we never did get seen so we went home. We plan to use this place more and more fir quick illness visits. A wonderful experience.
I had to be seen and have been to a few urgent cares over the last few years here in portland. I was seen by Doctor Wong. The staff was awesome and personable. Dr. Wong was very quick and informative on my situation. Was very impressed with this urgent care. In 35 years of life this is the only doctor review I've done. They made me want to. It was the best I've seen so far. Keep up the great work!!!!
I love Portland Urgent Care, so I'm very sad to find myself rating it only 2 stars. My lady broke her ankle last night. We got in this evening. We felt very comfortable, great service and some laughs.
My husband and I recently moved to Portland, and soon after needed an urgent care. We found this facility online and gave it a shot. How lucky were we, and happy with we were with our experience here! The staff is so warm and nice and we greatly greatly appreciated how we were treated! They really know what they are talking about! My experience was excellent. Not only did the doctor listen to my illness/symptoms but was understanding. He took me seriously, thus am back to my normal self as a result.
