I visited this shop today looking for bridal jewellery and was ready to spend some money, but unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A young man served me, and from the moment I walked in he seemed to judge me he told me he would “be with me in a minute” even though he was not busy, and his whole approach felt dismissive. I came in for a quick look and walked away with a new chain, which is perfect for me as I don't like endless shopping.
