business travellers consider other 4 star options bad and rude service from receptionist, location is 10 mins from tube station, i feel like the price isnt worth it compared to other 4 star business hotel options. buffet is average

Das Hotel liegt im Londoner East End – die Umgebung ist in östlicher Richtung etwas weniger einladend, Richtung Westen (Aldgate) wird es deutlich angenehmer mit vielen empfehlenswerten Restaurants und Cafés. Zur Tower Bridge kann man in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, allerdings recht klein und eng. The best accommodation we had in the UK. They have a self serve laundry, which turns out to be pretty rare, comfortable sofa beds, which also turns out to be pretty rare, and access to sink, dishwasher and mini fridge. The only downside was the distance from a disability accessible train station but that says more about London’s lack of commitment to accessibility than about the hotel.

We visited London and stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Very friendly and responsive staff, but superior double room was way too small, but fortunately we were able to upgrade into a one bedroom for a rather nominal daily fee which was a bit better. The rooms are simple, no frills, with nespresso machine, milk, toaster & teapot. Bathroom is good, however, furniture and floors are somewhat dirty.
