Horrendous experience, DO NOT USE! I received my wedding frame back with flowers broken and a different colour to my original flowers, tried to get hold of Jaide and there was no reply for 3 weeks, I contacted her on 22nd December and did not have a reply until 10th January. I questioned why the flowers that I had received back were a different colour to my wedding bouquet that I sent her. I was told my flowers hadn't dried properly so she had to dye them.
