Never in my life has my disabled daughter been rejected, had appointment at 11 and we were 7 minutes late and even after waited 2 and a half hours after appointment didn't get seen. Disgusting company, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Friendly staff but took own colour and was left on for an hour and dried my hair so much and asked for long layered hair but was just a cut and now spent a week putting moisture back into hair., quoted £35 but charged £50. Sadly will not return but Good luck to all.
