Outstanding customer Service!!! Stopped for a coffee at WH Smith Norton Canes on Monday 10/8/26. We were very kindly, efficiently and speedily helped by a lovely lady called Jenny. We were struggling to work the tea/coffee machine so she immediately stopped what she was doing to come and help us. nothing was too much trouble for her, she was great and displayed outstanding customer service. Absolute daylight robbery. £4 for a pack of haribos is absolutely insane. And they have the audacity to act like £5.50 for 2 is a deal!!Avoid!!
Extortionate prices are inexcusable in the current economic climate. Exploiting the captive market at an m-way service station is bad enough, but TOTALLY wringing out customers is an outrage. Asking £3.25 for a bag of chocolates that the supermarkets are doing for £1.35-£1.50 is an absolute scandal. Highway robbery on our motorways! This retailer should be ashamed.
Found what I wanted easily but a shame it was the usual dearer price because it was at the services.
