Desperately needed a drink and only called in because M&S had a huge queue. Wished I hadn't: £4.39 for a small bottle of orange juice! Daylight robbery. You can buy a litre of the stuff in Aldi or Lidl for that much. The young girl behind the till was rude, too. Last time I shop there, I'd rather die of thirst. Doesn't warrant 1*, but you have to put something.
Unpleasant experience. Reason 01: I don't need any approval for my energy drink. If you need it - that's your problem. Make sure that there's someone overseeing the tills - people have trains to catch! Reason no. 2: person working there today at 7.30 am clearly thinks that this is some kind of punishment. The most unpleasant service and customer unfriendly approach I've experienced do far.

I needed to wrap a birthday present so bought the wrapping paper but unfortunately they had run out of sellotape. They (Josie I think?) were so helpful and not only lent me some tape, but also helped me wrap it and were so kind. Talk about service. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would☺️
