Completely CLOSED DOWN and empty.
Went to this store to buy few books for my daughter. The staff was very rude. They were not only rude to me but to few other customers as well. I heard them saying rudely to one of the customers that you either pay quickly or leave the stuff. Especially around their closing time they got rude to everyone. I haven't seen this in any of the other brand stores in London or elsewhere. This was my first time purchase at whsmith and I don't think I would ever prefer to go their store again. So very sad that yet another great British Store is soon to disappear from our high street.
Good but really sad to see it closing down there is a closing down sale on in the Hounslow branch no idea why it is closing down
