Booked my son in for a Saturday morning haircut. Explained over the phone a week ago.l that he wanted his hair taken from chest length to collar length. Turned up for the appointment in the pouring rain, to be told that they didn’t have enough time to cut it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not a good experience with my son very disappointed as he had built up the courage to have it chopped.
Dad gets his cut here. Friendly lovely staff. Good cuts, walk in salon, no messing! Appointment sometimes necessary.
