I have purchased from Wholesale Cosmetics twice this year. I am very impressed by how quick their dispatch and delivery service was. I was taking their products to friends and have not heard any concerns about the quality of their products. Furthermore, due to no fault on their part on my 2nd purchase I had to return some of the products.
