I regularly visit Whittard to try out the free samples in store before buying the latest hot chocolates, it's my idea of heaven as a hot chocolate addict.
Fantastic Whittard of Chelsea in the Trafford Centre, it has drinks samples and lovely staff member, very helpful.
Very smart to have tasters of various teas and other drinks. The try before you buy turned me into a curious shopper into a customer. Staff were also very nice.
Went in for the first time yesterday, to this store and got some peppermint tea. The lady who served me was very upbeat and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The only downside I would say is it was half term and there was lot of youths in just drinking all the samples - this isn’t the stores fault at all. But they were running around and nearly bumped into my daughter.
