I WAS A PATIENT AT THIS LOCATION TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANED. IT HAD BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAD THEM CLEANEDAND I WAS NOT UP TO SPEED ON CURRENT COST. I KNEW EVERYTHING WAS GOING UP A LOT SO WHEN I WAS BILLED $1500 TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANS I WAS SHOCKED. SINCE IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CLARIFYING THE COST I HAD TO EAT IT SO TO SPEAK. TWO WEEKS LATER MY HUSBAND HAD HIS TEETH CLEANED AT A DENTISTRY IN FT SMITH FOR $350. THEY WERE AALSO FRIENDLY AND EFFIENCT. ALL IM SAYING IS SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU COME HERE. don't be fooled by these. overpriced. dentist. they did a lousy. incomplete job on my. mouth. they stated I needed more than my wisdom teeth removed. and did not do the removal correct. I had to seek. another. dentist to finish. they will con you. into. other. ways to make. money. I almost. took them to court. DO. NOT HIRE THEM.
All I can say is "THANK YOU!" The office staff was absolutely excellent. Let me first say that I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. I have had some bad experiences in the past and had a TON of anxiety. Dr. Clanton and her staff were AMAZING! I literally felt NO PAIN. It was literally the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Everyone was incredibly professional and really took care of me. I will be back!
Love love love Christie Dental Belleview, they have great dentists, especially Dr. Castro..They give great cleanings, Trish at the front desk is the bomb, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, everyone at Christie Dental makes you feel very comfortable
09/2023 - Very negative experience. I will not be returning again. Must have been a change in ownership / management. I was yelled at by the "office manager" for neglecting my bill. I was approved for a cleaning through my dental insurance. 6 months later I get a $175 bill for the cleaning. I called the office to sort things out. I never received a call or emailed statement prior to my call. The office manager called me a week after my call and was extremely rude and hostile. She claimed SHE KNOWS I've opened my bills. Dentist is okay, but after you leave they will fraudulently say you owe them money, they will claim insurance rejected payment which insurance company says they didnt. Then when you ask for valudation of the debt they will send to collection agency rather then send proof. The dentist is okay at his job, but the front office I am assuming is fradulent on billings. Avoid this dentist. There are better without crooked staff.

Dr. Leila Shahbandar is an excellent dentist. I have chosen to be her patient for 10+ years. She is not only highly skilled in her profession but she is also a genuinely kind & caring person. Over the years, she has performed many procedures for me from fillings to implants with no disappointment. I highly recommend Dr. Leila & her staff for your next dental visit.
