Beware!!! If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I had a horrible experience. It saddens me to write this, but I don't want others to have the same horrifying experience. I came to this dental office due to pain in my upper right tooth. Dr. Sara Alkstis informed me that I needed a root canal, which I had done. I was still in pain even after the root canal. Stay clear of Bellair Dental in Evans Georgia, unless you want to be lied to this is a predatory business. In 2021 I moved to Georgia for a position at a new warehouse that was being built. Being new to the area is what prompted me to find a new dentist, which was Bellair Dental in Evan’s, Ga I made an initial appointment for a cleaning And was advised of some dental work that needed to be done, as far as fillings and I wanted to talk about a partial. If I based my review on the ladies that worked there (other than one) it would've been a five star. This review is for that one older lady and STEVEN BOLLINGER. Steve treats the ladies that work for him like crap! When he was pulling my teeth, he got in an argument with one using his mic. I heard the lady on the other in say, "It was just a question and you don't need to talk to me that way". Then he prescribed me antibiotic that I was allergic to. I'm a new patient...just saw them this week but I am impressed with my experience! The staff was very nice, welcoming me to the practice, getting all new patient forms filled out and making sure we were set for the follow-up appointment. Dr. Tom was very busy, but made time to see me and did not rush my visit. I left with a clear next step and feel good about where we go from here. The only reason they received one star is because of Alisha Dental hygienist. She is superb. However the office staff are negative stars. The most recent being; Brenda. My father was a pt. I had alerts sent to my email. He died in August. I have called twice to inform the office of this. Today was the third time. I am frustrated; Brenda’s response when I told her my father had died and this was the THIRD time calling. Her reply “Well, it’s an automated system “. Gave me the incorrect corporate number. Complexly unprofessional front desk service. Can’t come up with an estimate that’s even close. Can’t tell me why every time. Can’t handle a customer that’s wanting an explanation. Love getting snapped at over the phone.

"5 STARS Rating" Latham First Advantage is a great dentist and I have been going to this location for more than 10 years. The staff is always very friendly and excellent at their jobs. Barb, John and Ariel at the front desk are super helpful, patient and very pleasant in accommodating patients at both check in or exiting. They are awesome hard workers who really go above and beyond ensuring patients are well taken care of and given their future print out paperwork for any up coming appointment visits. I would watch out for the hygienist named Eugina. She is such a phony person and does not really care for the customers she works on. She at one time was doing teeth cleanings outside of the office in secret so her boss would not find out. She also said that she wanted to sue Doc. Stucky over a workman's comp injury she got at work because she did not want to work there anymore but could not leave due to it being an injury she got at work. Do not trust her!!
